Home
I am a fully qualified professional psychotherapist, whose holistic approach to therapy considers a wide variety of factors at work in the lives of those who come to see me. These include mind, body, spirit, soul and the environment. My role as a therapist is much like that of an informed companion, and the quiet and calm of the Oxfordshire countryside, where I hold my professional practice, is conducive to nurturing a contemplative attitude and thoughtful disposition. My training background means that I work both systemically, and analytically, being a UKCP registered Systemic Psychotherapist as well as a Jungian Psychotherapist at the Research and Training Centre (Zentrum) for Depth Psychology in Zurich.
Being registered with UKCP, I am a member of The Association for Family Therapy & Systemic Practice as well as a member of The College of Couple and Systemic Therapy. I have also trained in the Exeter Model for Depression and Couple Therapy, used in the NHS, which is NICE approved.
Skype and FaceTime Consultations
If you already have experience of being in psychotherapy, and are interested in working with your dreams, I also offer Skype consultations at the same rate as face-to-face sessions. Skype consultations are specifically suited to those who wish to work in a creative way in relation to their inner life. An interest in Jungian Psychology, the Objective Psyche, and Archetypes is essential.
